For more than a decade, Starlight Manufacturing, Inc. has been raising the standard for gold teeth. Early techniques and procedures required bending a piece of gold over a tooth shape mold, then sealing the joints with gold solder. These early teeth have sharp 45° edges where the flat lingual surface is joined to the mesial and distal sides. Our manufacturing process produces gold teeth that more closely match the shape of existing denture teeth with no seams. We have eliminated collars on our teeth, so that the length can be adjusted as desired without showing an indentation or groove that represents the collar line. Each tooth is stamped with an identifier. All of our gold teeth are individually polished to a high-luster shine by highly skilled and trained technicians.
