Terms of Sale
Service:
We maintain a large stock of shade 62 open face and shell denture crowns
for immediate shipment. We offer additional shades 55 bleach white, 59,
65, 69 and 81 are processed in our open face gold crowns when requested.
Cutouts and special items of your choice are processed as requested and
are normally processed for shipment the same day if ordered by 9:00 am.
Orders received after 9:00 am will usually be shipped the next business
day. If you have a specific question please call our toll free number at
1-800-223-1752 and our friendly receptionists will be happy to assist
you. We have qualified dental technicians for most technical questions.
Pricing:
Although gold has a fluctuating price, our pricing has remained
unchanged for the past several years. As gold continues to fluctuate we
will try to maintain our fixed pricing. However, our pricing is subject
to change depending on the market price of gold. Payment Options: We
offer several payment options to our new and established customers. New
accounts are welcomed and may be established after submission and review
of a credit application.
1. Charge Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and
American Express.
2. COD Shipments:
• Personal or business checks will be accepted from customers
whose account is current and in good standing.
• Only money orders or certified checks will be accepted from
those customers whose account is delinquent or in default.
3. Open Account: Open accounts are granted to established
customers whose account is current and in good standing.
Payment Requirements:
Orders, which are received daily, are recorded under a customeršs
account until the end of that billing month. On the first of each month,
statements are generated and mailed to each open account customer. This
statement lists all invoices for that billing month. Remittance for the
total amount due is payable by the 15th day of that statement month. Any
account remaining unpaid as of the next statement month is placed on COD
until current and is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month until
current. Customers who pay with checks that are returned NSF are subject
to a $15.00 NSF fee and will be placed on a COD money order account.
Delivery:
We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air services.
30-Day Return Policy:
1. We will issue credit or refund on stock teeth that were
ordered no longer than 30 days prior to the request. Any returned tooth for credit or refund must be in the original
shipping envelope and shipped back in a crush-proof box. We will not
give credit or refund for returned teeth that have been
scratched, altered, bent, waxed over or defaced in any way. Teeth that
are returned to us via US MAIL in an envelope will most
likely be flattened by the postal stamping process and we do not give
full credit for flatten gold teeth but will give only the
value of the gold in the return. PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT SEND BACK TO US VIA US MAIL IN A LETTER. We advise using the same
shipping carton for your return. We do not issue credit for shipping on invoices or issue pick-ups for teeth being
sent back. A restocking fee of $5.00 will be charged for each returned tooth. A copy of the original invoice must be included
with each return in order to receive credit or refund.
2. Cutouts and other specialty items are made at the
customeršs request and will not be accepted back for credit or refund.
3. We will give credit or check for the gold weight of
all your stock 22k yellow gold Starlight crowns that are not accepted
back because of damages stated in paragraph 1 above. Upon
receipt of such teeth, we will burn out the plastic in the open faces and weight the total of the send-in and give you a call
of the fair dollar value.
4. We do not accept returns or exchanges from drop ship
customers. These orders are the responsibility of the supplier and must be sent to the supplier then checked for condition
prior to being shipped to Starlight. These returns must be received within 30-days of invoice
